Shipping Policies

All orders are sent by standard UPS shipping. Orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip.  Gifts will be shipped to the address supplied on the order.   Claims or requests for refunds on gifts returned due to a bad address will not be honored.  All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.  Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Shipping to Puerto Rico

We offer shipping to all Puerto Rican addresses via USPS.  Shipments take one or two extra days to ship out.  We do not ship any other orders outside of the continental United States, with the exception of APO and FPO shipping. 

APO, FPO & PO Box Shipping

We do offer shipping to all APO and FPO Boxes.  An extra Delivery Charge of $21.95 will be added to all Armed Forces Overseas and FPO packages.  We offer shipping to PO Boxes via USPS only.  There is a standard USPS shipping charge of $18.75 for all PO Box deliveries.  However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out.  In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances.  You ship these orders at your own risk. We do not ship any USPS items the week prior to any holiday.  Any orders placed for shipping via USPS during the week prior and during a holiday will ship the first Tuesday after the holiday itself. 

Return Policy

We make every effort to ship each and every order within the shipping deadlines and to your complete satisfaction.  We will replace or refund the value of any gift not meeting your satisfaction or deemed damaged.  Refunds or replacements are only offered if the original gift can be retrieved for inspection.  All damage claims must be e-mailed within 3 business days of the gift being received.  If the gift is damaged:  We will call tag the original gift and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full.  However, if we cannot call tag the gift no refund or credit will be offered.  Receiving the gift is the only way we have of verifying the damages and placing a claim with UPS.  If the gift is simply not wanted, or the you are not satisfied,you may ship it back at your own  expense  plus an additional 20% restocking fee.  You will receive a partial and in some cases a full refund.  The refund is based on the condition of the gift upon being returned.  The gift must be unopened and untampered with.


Backorder Policy

We will make every effort to fill each order exactly as specified on the content listings.  However,in the event we are out of stock on an item we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value without prior notice.  No refunds or credits will be offered due to substitutions.  During the months of June through mid-October all chocolate items because they will melt in transit, will be substituted with hard candy items of equal or greater value.


Damaged Goods Policy

All damage claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received.  If a gift arrives damaged we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner to your satisfaction.  Credits and or refunds will be at our sole discretion and will only be issued if the damaged goods can be verified by the carrier.  If the gift is disposed of before the damages can be verified no refund will be issued.  Please e-mail us your claim within 3 business days.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
