What are my shipping options and what are your standard shipping rates?

All orders are shipped UPS ground.  All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.  Please allow 3-7 days for delivery.  Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed  and shipped on Monday.  We do offer shipping to all APO. FPO and PO Boxes.  However, all these shipments take one or two  additional days to ship out. 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept VISA and  MASTERCARD as payment options.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship UPS ground only within the continental 48 states.  We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii but must charge an additional shipping fee.  Prices are by quote only and typically run $12.50 TO $25.00 more than standard ground.   Please contact us if you are shipping to these areas.

 How do I get tracking information on my order?

Tracking information will me e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped

Do you charge a sales tax?

We are required to charge a 7% sales tax on all purchases by New Jersey residents only.

Can I send a personalized gift card with my purchase?

When you give your shipping information, there will be place to type your message and sign your name.  This gift card will be enclosed in your gift basket.
